Column Definitions
Team Group: Team-wide thread for coaches, athletes, and households tied to one team.
Athlete Thread: Athlete-specific thread for feedback/progress with SafeSport constraints.
Direct: 1:1 or small direct conversation not tied to a team/pathway container.
Track Community: Messaging across teams in the same track.
Pathway Community: Messaging across tracks grouped in one pathway.
Plan Community: Messaging scoped to athletes/households enrolled in one plan.
Mountain Community: Messaging across all pathways/tracks tied to one mountain.
Resort Community: Messaging across mountains/programs tied to one resort.
Household: Thread centered on one household (guardians + relevant staff).
Broadcast: One-to-many announcements; typically restricted posting/reply behavior.
Row Definitions
Create Thread: Allows creating new threads for that scope.
Multiple Members Chat: Allows participant-to-participant conversation in the thread.
Admin-only Messaging: Allows admin/coaches-only posting mode for announcements.
Multiple Admins: Allows multiple staff moderators/admins in the same thread.
Group Structure: Allows nested/community-style structure support for that scope.
Private Replies: Allows private reply behavior where supported by thread type.
Invite Link: Allows link-based invite/join behavior where applicable.
Guardian Copy Required (Locked): Locked by SafeSport: athlete threads always include guardian visibility/notifications.
No Private Coach↔Minor DM (Locked): Locked by SafeSport: private coach-to-minor messaging without guardian visibility is blocked.
Direct (Conditional): Allowed for adult/direct contexts, but blocked for coach↔minor communication without guardian visibility.
